UK Customers –
FREE UK SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER £40
There will be no change to domestic shipping post Brexit.
UK shipping times are currently slightly longer due to Covid-19 so please allow for an additional 1-2 days for delivery.
All UK mail will be shipping via Royal Mail Tracked and a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you when your item is dispatched.
EU Customers –
All orders will be now be posted using either ROYAL MAIL or DHL EXPRESS. You will receive a tracking number automatically once the order has been shipped.
Delivery times may be slightly longer due to Covid-19 delays.
Customs & Duties -
The UK has reached a trade agreement with the EU that has taken effect from 01.01.21. The agreement establishes zero tariffs or duties on trade between the UK & the EU. This means that all orders placed and shipped within Europe will continue as normal and will avoid any further charges.
All European orders will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), our courier may contact you for more information regarding your shipment, however, you will not be charged.
We know how important it is to get your order to you as quickly and conveniently as possible, and we aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days.
However, please note that during holidays and sales periods, bank holiday and weekends, this may take longer.
Please Note: During the COVID-19 crisis we are currently shipping as normal and we will endeavour to update all of our customers if there any changes to this.
However, some parts of the world are experiencing delays in courier times.

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED:
All EU orders sent via Royal Mail using a tracked service.
After careful consideration we have decided to cover the costs of any customs or duties that may be applicable on behalf of our customers, meaning no additional or unexpected charges on delivery.
We really value our EU customers and are proud to offer this solution.
This shipping method means that all customers in the 27 EU countries will no longer need to pay the duties and taxes fees on their orders that were caused because of Brexit. We now cover all those costs within the shipping.
We understand that the cost is slightly higher, however our EU customers have been experiencing additional charges ranging from 25-200 euro. Our new service means all customers living in the EU will no longer have to be out of pocket to get their hands on our products.
This service also aims to get all shipments upon us fulfilling the order to you within 1-2 working days which is considerably faster than the old standard shipping option.
DHL Express -
DHL Express gives the customer the option of using DHL on-demand delivery service. This offers the following options to the customer.
- Deliver my package on Another Day: Scheduled delivery
- Deliver my package to Another Address: Alternate Delivery to work or family.
- Deliver my Package at a Safe Place: Authorise Shipment Release.
- Deliver my package with Neighbour: Leave with neighbour, reception or guard.
- Deliver my package at a DHL Service Point:Hold for Collection.
- Request my Hold My Package: Vacation hold safekeeping up to 30 days.
If you choose express delivery option, you will receive a notification from DHL Express on-demand delivery.
This service will provide you with email/SMS updates about your shipments progress and estimated delivery date/time.
This service means that if the shipment doesn't fit your schedule you can choose the time and place of delivery, resulting in maximum flexibility and control over your shipment.
Refusing Customs & Duties -
If you choose to refuse any additional customs fee and the parcel is returned back to MUNROLONDON, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
When importing items outside of the UK, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for.
If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Non EU Customers –
All orders will be posted using Royal Mail Tracked.
A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you on dispatch.
Please be aware there may delivery times may vary due to Covid-19 and advanced customs checks.
